The Country, specially ‘National Capital Region’ is at a Critical stage of Revolution of “Settlement / Policy Planning”; specially of “Planning of the Region, Urban & Rural Settlements and other areas” the website is for the Public At Large concerning to-

1. Regional Plan of NCR-UP Region,
2. Metropolitan Cities like Meerut, Noida etc.,
3. NCT of Delhi.

Website has a vide database taken from various sources + System of Planning from my side.  Professionals and Public At large are requested to see & send their Comments, put up questions which would be tried to be answered.

The site has various Notifications of U.P. Govt. & Govt. of NCTD.

Anybody can see them but not to copy from here.  The site is more useful for Private Sector as designed on the principles of: (i) Re-planning, (ii) Re-development, (iii) Re-construction, (iv) Re-intensification, (v) Public Private Partnership, (vi) Transfer of Development Right and (vii) Commercial use on bigger roads etc.
