  • Post Graduate Diploma in “Regional Development Planning” from the Institute of Social Studies,  Netherlands in 1969 and stood first, among students from 13 countries.
  • Cleared all the theory papers about Ph.D. in T& T from IIT, Delhi in 1981- 82.
